From November 14th 2011 the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) require financial institutions to record and store all businesses communications made using company-issued mobile phones for a period of six months. Vodafone has created an innovative, secure and cost effective cloud-based hosted solution that will support the needs of customers who need to comply with these regulatory requirements. The Vodafone Mobile Recording solution records all Mobile Originating Calls, Mobile Terminating Calls and SMS traffic.
